“I was thrilled to finally return to Gran Via for breakfast! The grand buffet had an very nice mix of East and West cuisines, and every dish was both beautifully presented and delicious. My friends and I even pre-booked our breakfast to ensure we had the best seats. Feirzy, one of the attentive staff, approached us and offered to help us move to another area for a quieter experience, great to enjoy our morning conversation in peace. Though it felt a bit small for such a grand hotel, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves, nice for a tranquil experience.
